  • The June edition (issue 111) of Amiga Format magazine went on sale today (in the UK, at least). So what? Well, F1GP features heavily:
    • The original full game is on the coverdisks and the CD-ROM (not in Canada, Japan, South Africa or the USA, due to licensing restrictions).
    • The CD version is extra special, because I was given the opportunity to decide what else should go on the CD related to F1GP. The result being that all utilities are on the CD (apart from some of the older obsolete ones), ready to run. All the sounds, cockpit designs and backdrops are on the CD too. As usual, this whole website is available on the CD as well.
    • There's a 4 page feature about F1GP in the magazine itself. This is mainly an introduction to F1GP giving general tips to beginners and more advanced drivers. It also introduces some of the more popular add-ons and all the internet competitions.

All this for £6 (UKP)... What are you waiting for? Go buy it ;-)

  • F1GP/WC Links: Added Players Racing IAF1GPC team page.

  • New look site goes live. Thanks to everybody who took the time to fill in the feedback survey. Most people thought the site was fine as it was, but not me :-) For now, I have decided against using frames, as I don't think it's necessary. I've tried to take everyones comments into account, so I hope you like the new site. Please note that some of the new pages on this site are not fully completed yet, but I will be making improvements over the next few weeks. If you find any broken links or you have some other problem with the new site, please let me know.
  • The Amiga F1GP Webring is launched - add your F1GP site to the ring now! For those of you who are not familiar with webrings, you might want to check out the Webring homepage.
  • The F1GP/WC Links page makes its debut. This page is intended to be the ultimate index page on the net for Amiga F1GP. I've only had time to add the more obvious sites so far, but when complete this will be the best place to find web pages for F1GP.
